Trust, Quality and Dynamism are the three values that define SegurCaixa Holding: Trust –based on security, solvency, honest treatment of and respect for people, Quality –based on efficiency, service to the customer and professionalism–and Dynamism –based on an agile response and the capacity to adjust to the needs of the customers and the main channels of distribution (the mediators and the branch offices of “la Caixa”).
